Urological Associates of the Piedmont was established in 1991 by Dr. David Pfeffer. He has been proudly serving Fauquier and Culpeper counties for over 20 years. Dr. Pfeffer specializes in urological disorders and treatments for all ages. Services include but are not limited to: prostate screenings, vasectomies/vasectomy reversals, and the treatment of urological disorders, including kidney stones, incontinence, prostate disorders, erectile dysfunction and male infertility problems.
